The Himamaylan City Public Library’s mission is to provide access to lifelong learning opportunities and resources for Himamaylanons to achieve their God-given potential. Since its revival in 2020 and the adaptive rehabilitation of its home, the historic People’s Hall, in 2023 tens of thousands of clients have been served by our humble facility. Showcasing a collection of books, modern equipment, and an inclusive civic space, HCPL is at the forefront of bridging the educational divide in our city.
