Embark on a journey of stories, where every story is a gateway to knowledge

Tell a Story represents a collaborative effort between the local Public Library (HCPL) and Community Learning Hubs to expand educational outreach to various barangays within the community.

“Tell a Story ” is to promote literacy, foster a love for learning, and strengthen community bonds through engaging storytelling sessions and interactive activities. By bringing educational tales directly to neighborhoods and barangays, the program aims to make learning accessible to all age groups and backgrounds, sparking curiosity, imagination, and critical thinking skills. Additionally, “Tell a Story” serves as a platform for community engagement, encouraging social connections and a sense of belonging within the community. Through shared experiences and shared stories, the program strives to enrich lives, inspire lifelong learning, and promote a culture of literacy and education.
