Justin Dominic S. Gatuslao is the Vice Mayor of the City of Himamaylan in the Province of Negros Occidental. Before entering local politics in 2016, he had served in various public affairs roles in Malacañang and the Ayala Group. He graduated with a degree in Communications from Ateneo de Manila University, has a Master of Arts in History from Siliman University, and completed a Master in Development Management at the Asian Institute of Management. Beyond politics, his interests include sugarcane farming, rural impact sourcing, and teaching part-time at state universities and local colleges.

Julie Anne V. Antolo

Julie Anne V. Antolo holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Negros Occidental—Recoletos (School of Law) in Bacolod City. In 2018, she completed a double degree in Political Science and Psychology at the University of Philippines – Visayas in Iloilo. She had previously served as an Executive Assistant to Honorable Vice Mayor Justin Dominic S. Gatuslao from 2020 to 2023. Currently, she is the Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Himamaylan.

Bookbinder III/Himamaylan City Public Library Officer-In-Charge

Teddy S. Robles is the officer-in-charge of the Himamaylan City Public Library. From 2001 to 2019, he served as a contractual employee at the Himamaylan City Public Library. He graduated from Fortress College in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, with a two-year associate in computer science course. In 2020, he was appointed as Library Officer-in-Charge by the City Vice Mayor and Head of HCPL, Hon. Justin Dominic S. Gatuslao.

Kathleen Eunice S. Mendoza is the Overall Operations Head of the Himamaylan Community Learning Hubs, the HCPL Satellites, in various barangays under the leadership of Vice Mayor Justin Dominic S. Gatuslao, Head of HCPL. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Financial Management from Binalbagan Catholic College. She is currently residing on Mabini Street in Barangay Talaban, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
