Enhancing Customer Experience

To further strengthen public service in their respective offices, the employees of the Office of the Vice Mayor (OVM) and the Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod (OSP) recently participated in a course on Enhancing Customer Experience last January 31, 2025. The goal of this program is to provide employees with the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitude to provide professional, empathetic, and compassionate service.
Enhancing communication, responsiveness, and service efficiency are the main goals of the training, which makes sure that every encounter with the public is handled with decency, consideration, and dedication to quality. The OSP and OVM reaffirm their commitment to provide a government that genuinely listens and cares by cultivating a culture of people-centered service. Through continuous learning and development, the offices strive to elevate public service standards; because true leadership is measured not just by policies, but by the quality of service extended to every Himamaylanon.
