The Himamaylan City Public Library hosted the monthly meeting of the Association of Public Information Specialists of Negros Occidental (APISNO) for MAY 2024.
 
The HCPL was also chosen as venue for the workshop among the APISNO members to enhance the skills of the librarians in offering their respective facilities’ services, in facilitating activities and technical book processing.
 
Vice Mayor Justin Gatuslao, who leads the HCPL, send his gratitude to the association for the visit and for choosing this city’s modernized library to host their monthly gathering.
 
APISNO’s June meeting was spearheaded by their president, Remia Quebrar from the Bacolod City Public Library with their secretary Aline Montuya of the Bago City Public Library while Rio Lynne Panisa and Raia Tiongson from the Provincial Library of Negros Occidental facilitated the workshop.
