Highlights from the successful “𝐓𝐄𝐋𝐋 𝐀 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘” Program of the Himamaylan City Public Library (HCPL) with its satellite centers, the Community Learning Hubs (CLH).
The storytelling program was held over the weekend from November 18 to 19, 2023 in four (4) different locations namely, Brgy. Nabali-an, Brgy. San Antonio, Brgy. Aguisan, and Brgy. Libacao.
